Strong leadership values make the Tican Group a great place to work


It takes great leadership to achieve the ambitions of Tican. In order to continuously improve the leadership at all levels in the organisation, seven leadership values have been introduced. The leadership values describe the attitudes and behaviour that characterise the managers in Tican and address both the strategic and operational aspects of leadership.

The leadership values are:

  • Focus on strategy
  • Set goals and execute
  • Take ownership

The managers of Tican are evaluated based on the leadership values, and they develop action plans to strengthen their leadership.
